Facelift and Neck Lift Master Class
Technique, Placement, and Tissue Response
This advanced hands-on lab is designed for clinicians seeking to refine their approach to facial and neck rejuvenation using surgical and fat-based techniques.
Led by expert proctors, Drs. Marten and Verpaele, this intimate lab offers detailed, step-by-step guidance in both High SMAS and MACS facelift techniques, deep neck anatomy and neck lift, anatomical precision, and fat placement strategies. Learn when and where to inject microfat, SNIF, nanofat and how to add topical applications of nanofat for further skin rejuvenation.
But beyond technique, this lab also creates space to explore a deeper layer:
how facial tissue responds to different interventions—both immediately and over time.
What You’ll Experience
• Your own station and specimen
• Detailed facial and neck anatomy review with surgical relevance
• Step-by-step facelift and neck lift technique and dissection
• Fat harvesting, processing, and strategic placement of different adipose derivatives
• Layering approaches with nanofat for improved healing and recovery
The ARTS Perspective
Facial rejuvenation is evolving. It’s no longer only about repositioning or volume—but about how different techniques and materials influence tissue behavior over time.
This lab allows you to:
• observe how tissue responds during intervention
• consider how those changes evolve post-procedure
• compare approaches with faculty and peers in real time
An Intimate, High-Level Environment
This is a highly interactive experience. 14 stations max. You’ll work closely with Drs. Marten and Verpaele, ask questions freely, and engage in real-time discussion—not just observation.
As with all ARTS labs, some of the most valuable insights emerge in conversation:
• why a certain approach was chosen
• how outcomes have evolved over time
• what has surprised even experienced surgeons
This is not just about refining technique. It’s about refining how you see what your technique is doing.
