Dr. Allan Mishra is an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Stanford University and a nationally recognized expert in vitality and human performance. He is a pioneering researcher in regenerative medicine, best known for advancing the use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to treat musculoskeletal conditions such as tendinitis and arthritis. His scientific work has been published in elite medical journals and featured on the front page of The New York Times.
Dr. Mishra teaches Vitality & Performance Optimization at Stanford Medical School, a course grounded in his book Dare to Be Vital and his widely followed Vitality Explorer podcast. He has led vitality and performance discussions at world-class institutions and organizations including the University of Cambridge, the University of Michigan, Google, and Apple—helping high performers learn how to build vitality as a skill that powers sustained excellence.
