Insight + Immersion Lab
Learn It in the Summit. Apply It in the Lab.
Hands-On Cadaver Lab Training Across Specialties
A high-touch, clinical level cadaver lab designed to translate insight into practice.
Following three days of clinical dialogue and scientific exploration, this is where understanding becomes hands-on.
Work directly on cadaveric tissue. Train in small groups. Develop real procedural skill across orthopedic, aesthetic, and surgical applications.
Leave with more than techniques — leave with a clearer sense of how tissue responds, and the confidence to apply it in practice.
How the Lab Works
Participants train within two coordinated tracks—Orthopedic/Pain and Aesthetic—designed for focused, hands-on learning.
- 5:1 participant-to-faculty ratio
- 30–50 minute station rotations
- 1-hour open lab for cross-specialty exploration
Each track provides a guided learning path, with access across both tracks throughout the day — delivering depth within your focus and exposure across specialties.
Two Tracks. One Integrated Experience.
Your registration includes access to both tracks, with the option to select a primary focus in advance.
Orthopedic/Pain Track
A structured 4-hour rotation through core regenerative procedures, followed by open lab access across all stations.
- PRP + Ultrasound-Guided Injections
- Bone Marrow Aspiration (BMAC)
- Nerve Mapping and Regenerative Injections
- Procedural Comfort and Workflow
- Office-Based Adipose Harvest and Processing (Shared Station)

Aesthetic Track
Focused rotations combined with a dedicated 2-hour Regenerative Facelift experience (optional), followed by open lab access across all stations.
- Regenerative Facelift — (Deep Plane vs. Endoscopic, side-by-side)
- Office-Based Adipose Harvest, Processing, and Application
- Facial volume restoration with Sculptra® (biostimulation and contouring)
- Breast and Buttock Fat Grafting and Sculpting
- Periocular Rejuvenation, Brow Lift, Skin Rejuvenation, with Biologics

Highlighted Experience: Regenerative Facelift Mastery
Deep Plane Facelift vs. Endoscopic Facelift, Side-By-Side
A focused, small-group, procedural experience within the Immersion Lab. (Optional)
Led by Dr. Ashkan Ghavami, MD, Dr. Daniel Gould, MD, PhD, & Dr. Marc Mani, MD, this 2-hour session offers hands-on training in two distinct facelift approaches, with emphasis on:
- Anatomy & Surgical Planes
- Technique & Patient Selection
- Integration of Regenerative Approaches
Work directly through the procedures with faculty guidance, comparing approaches in real time.
Designed to reflect the precision and expectations of today’s high-demand natural facelift.
Maximum 24 Attendees, Limited Seats Available.
What You’ll Actually Do
Across the lab, you will have opportunity to:
- Perform ultrasound-guided injections across joints, tendons, and nerves, and facial anatomy
- Execute bone marrow aspiration techniques
- Harvest and process adipose tissue for structural and regenerative use
- Apply microfat and nanofat techniques across indications
- Work directly with cadaveric tissue to understand anatomy, planes, and response
- Compare how PRP, BMAC, and adipose are applied across specialties
- Learn how to use Sculptra® to volumize and sculpt
- Practice skin rejuvenation injections
- Apply microfat and nanofat for periocular rejuvenation
The ARTS Difference
This is not observation.
It is direct, hands-on participation in a small-group setting with faculty at every step.
Set within a cross-specialty environment, the experience is grounded in:
• real tissue
• real technique
• real clinical application
